Snapmaker code not working in Australia? Why global codes fail on au.snapmaker.com

Short answer: if au.snapmaker.com says “Enter a valid discount code or gift card”, the code was most likely made for a different Snapmaker store. Codes for the global, US or EU store don't carry over to the Australian store. The fix is to use a code that has been set up on the AU store. 5perc takes 5% off there. At the current A$1,399 price, that brings the U1 to A$1,329.05 (A$69.95 off). We verified it at checkout on 16 Oct 2026, when the U1 was at its A$1,299 launch price and the code took off A$64.95. Why Snapmaker codes fail on the AU store
The AU store is a separate store. Snapmaker opened its Australian store around 26 September 2026. It's a separate Shopify store (snapmaker-aus.myshopify.com, the shop behind au.snapmaker.com), and discount codes are created per store. A code that exists on shop.snapmaker.com, us.snapmaker.com or the EU store doesn't exist on the AU store, so checkout treats it as invalid.
Referral codes are tied to the store they were registered on. A Snapmaker referral code belongs to the regional store where the referrer's account was registered. A referral code from a US, EU or global account won't work on au.snapmaker.com unless it has also been set up on the AU store.
The error message. When a code doesn't exist on the AU store, checkout shows “Enter a valid discount code or gift card”. It's the same message whether the code is from another region, mistyped or expired, so the message alone won't tell you which.
What our 16 Oct 2026 test found. We entered 41 popular Snapmaker codes at the AU checkout with a U1 in the cart. In the first pass, 39 were rejected. Among them were SNPM20, SNPM50 and SNPM100, even though the AU Sales Hub page advertises those three. Most of the codes you'll find on coupon sites were made for other Snapmaker stores.
Other reasons a Snapmaker code can fail
Usage limits: Since June 2026, referral codes can only be used a limited number of times in each regional store. A code that was shared widely can hit that cap and stop working.
Machine-only codes: Referral codes apply to Snapmaker machines only. If your cart has only filament, add-ons or accessories, there's nothing for the code to discount.
Codes don't stack: You can only use one code per order. If another code or offer is already applied, a second one won't go on top of it.
Minimum-spend thresholds: Some promo codes only apply once your cart reaches a set amount. Below that amount, they won't apply.
The fix: use 5perc on au.snapmaker.com
Use 5perc (verified on AU, 16 Oct 2026). Enter 5perc in the “Discount code or gift card” box on au.snapmaker.com. It takes 5% off Snapmaker machines. At the current A$1,399 price, the U1 comes to A$1,329.05 (−A$69.95). In our 16 Oct 2026 test at the A$1,299 launch price, it went to A$1,234.05 (−A$64.95). Are you on the right store? The address bar should say au.snapmaker.com, and the country at checkout should be Australia.
Is a code already applied? Codes don't stack. Remove any code chip already showing in the order summary (click the ×), then enter the new code.
Are there accessories in the cart? Referral codes like 5perc only discount the machine. If your cart has only accessories or filament, add the machine, or don't expect a discount.
Did you type it exactly? Check for extra spaces or a mistyped character, then click Apply again.
Has the code hit its limit? Referral codes have a limited number of uses per region. Check the codes we tested most recently on our Australia promo code page.
FAQ: Snapmaker codes not working in Australia
Why does Snapmaker say “Enter a valid discount code or gift card”?
That's the AU checkout's message for a code it doesn't recognise. On au.snapmaker.com, the most common cause is a code that was made for the global, US or EU store, because codes are created separately for each store. Typos and expired codes show the same message.
Why don't my US, EU or global Snapmaker codes work on au.snapmaker.com?
The Australian store, which opened around 26 September 2026, is a separate Shopify store, and discount codes are created per store. A code from another Snapmaker store doesn't exist on the AU store, so it's rejected. In our 16 Oct 2026 test, 39 of 41 popular codes failed on the first pass.

Can I use two Snapmaker discount codes on one order?
No. Codes don't stack. The AU checkout says referral coupons and other promotional codes can't be combined with other offers or discounts. Remove any applied code before you try another, and keep whichever saves you the most.
Why won't my Snapmaker code work on filament or accessories?
Referral codes such as 5perc apply to Snapmaker machines only. With just accessories or filament in the cart, these codes have nothing to discount.
Can I order from the global Snapmaker store so my code works?
